Junior Account Manager

With a growing client base and business model, Koala Rank is onboarding new customers at a rapid rate and is now looking for capable managers who can handle up to 10 accounts at the same time. Your responsibilities involve:

• Onboarding new customers effectively and delivering their content strategy
• Communicating directly with customer accounts assigned to you
• Strategizing customers’ content ideas and delegating production
• Reviewing content and fact-checking before delivery
• Managing any revisions requested from customers
• Formatting final drafts on various CMSs

All account managers at Koala Rank are also content strategists.

This means that you need to know your way around

1. Ahrefs – our primary SEO tool
2. Airtable – our project management tool
3. Google Search Console – for reporting purposes

… and our proprietary client area which you’ll receive training on.

These are the primary tools we use to deliver our strategies.

The expectation on our end is exceptional customer service with quick communication and overall timely progression of each campaign assigned.

Pay starts at $13/hr depending on your management skills.
