Creating an account

To create an account with KR, you must:
  1.  Be 18 years of age or older;
  2. Provide a valid email address or phone number, and;
  3. Use our services legally and with proper authorization.
KR reserves the right to refuse the opening of an account for any reason, at any time, and at its sole discretion.

General conditions

When using the service offered by KR, you agree that:
  1. KR provides the service to you “As Is.” While full confidentiality is provided, your use of the service is at your sole risk. 
  2. KR shall not be responsibile or liable for any content inaccuracies that may negatively affect your business.
  3. KR cannot guarantee the security of your data whenever a representative accesses your web properties.
  4. KR may use send out occasional administrative and promotional messages via email.
These General Conditions constitute the agreement between you and KR and govern your use of the service.

Payment terms

To start benefitting from the service:
  1. You must agree to recurring billing.
  2. A valid credit card must be provided.
  3. The payment should be fully processed.
In case a credit card isn’t a viable payment method, an alternative payment method may be considered at the sole discretion of KR.

Guarantee and refund policy

KR offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to all customers. If you’re not satisfied with the service within 30 days of purchase or don’t find that it fits your requirements after trying it, we will refund 100% of what you signed up for.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Requests issued more than 30 days after purchase
  • Requests made by a team member on behalf of the original customer

That’s it, we do not require a reason for requesting a refund, although we appreciate your feedback to further improve the service. If you’d like to request a refund, simply use the chatbot in the client area to talk with a customer success representative.


You may cancel your account at any time by clicking on “Cancel subscription” in your client area’s billing section.
