How To Add Team Members To The Client Area

For existing clients, you can add team members to the client area easily (and give them access to all your assets!) by following 4 simple steps:

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. In the left sidebar (click the hamburger menu on mobile), select the “Users” menu item under the “Admin” sub-navigation menu.
  3. A new screen will pop up showing you all team members added to the client area up until now. In the top-right corner, click the “Add user” button.
  4. In the next screen, enter the team member’s full name and work email address, then click the “Create” button. That’s it!

After adding a user to your account, they will receive an email directly in their email inbox to set up their password and get started.

Please note that team members will have access to the entire storage and request library, except sensitive information such as billing and invoices.
