Where Do I Contact Koala Rank for Support?

Support for any of the queries related to your account will be carried out by your account manager which is the person you’ll interact with in the client area.

The two primary ways to contact us are:

  1. Through the live chatbot throughout the site and app
  2. Via the dedicated email address for clients

We do not disclose the address publicly as we wish to keep the inbox as spam-free as possible to better serve our customers.

Once you sign up to Koala Rank, you’ll automatically receive emails from the client area which feature the address and you can reply directly.

Please note the following:

  • The chatbot can be used for both sales and support-related queries, although we recommend using the “Discussion” section of your client area in case you want to talk about a specific request with your account manager;
  • The email address is used solely for support-related queries and cannot be used for sales questions. For that, we have a separate email address.

You will find the chatbot in the lower-right corner of any page either on the website or the app, both on desktop and mobile. We recommend defaulting to that option when you wish to interact with a representative quickly.
